Overall installation/survey and delivery experience is/was very good. Ian was very helpful in surveying and assessing the details and Neil’s installation and attention to detail and perfecting the weep hole that came out minimal are great. We will be recommending Procter to other architectural practices we work with. It’s always a pleasure to have professionals on site.
